My Background
I can remember being a skinny 15 years old tomboy with flat chest, skinny legs and no curves to speak of. I was forever praying and eating, hoping that I would put on some weight.
I guess it didn’t help that most of my friends had all developed curves years before and look very feminine while I remained a bean pole……..talk about having the ugly duckling syndrome.
Now fast forward to 15 years later and it’s a turn around.
After years of being able to eat whatever I want, gulping down endless sodas and overindulging in the odd glass or 6 of wine, the battle of the bulge is on!
Fed up with putting on more weight year on year, I decided enough’s enough; it’s time to take control and get rid of the excess weight and keep it off.
